Happy Lists are typically lists of things that make people happy. “My Happy Lists” is kind of like that. The author, Angela Wilson, picks a topic and makes a list of suggestions, advice, ideas, etc.
Angela has a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and a Masters degree in Counseling and Human Services with a focus on School Psychology. She takes mental health and self-improvement pretty seriously.
